<p>This work features the synthesis and biological evaluation of a novel fluorinated derivative of tanaproget and a carbon-11 labelled analogue, a high affinity non-steroidal PR ligand, as a possible candidate for imaging PR expression<italic>in vivo</italic>.</p>
